The bill is ok but wait let me get comfirmation from the travel agent incharge of procuring the delegates flight tickets and transporting them to the airport before you charge your bills because all the fund budgeted for this group is in thesame credit card and I just send him the details ok. I have got comfimation from the agent but there is a situation now and I really need your assistance. His money is $4,400 but he could not charge from the credit card because his bank does not have working credit card billing machine now according to him.
As a matter of urgency,I am directing you now to charge $500 for the rooms deposite and $4,400 for the travel agent from the card I will give to you since you and him are to charge from thesame card.
You have to send immididtely $4,400 to his account via wire transfer. You will take $200 for your transportation and the transfer charges. I have informed him. I have also informed the bank and have prepared a written authorization letter to back up the charges you will make.
Provide me immidiately with your full name and address so that I can send you the card details in a written authorization permitting you to make these charges from the credit card now.Pls note that this is needed immidiately as to enable the agent proceed with his arrangements. Pls comfirm if you can assist us now so that I can send you the card details immidiately.
