However we are going to send you the Credit Card Information first thing tomorrow morning that will cover the cost of our accomodation,and the necessary arrangment for the delegates.

When you say double rooms are you meaning hotels rooms? We unfortunately do not have that type of accommodations. We have studio's up to 5 bedroom homes. If everyone could stay together we could put them in a town home or possibly two different 2 bedroom condos in the same complex. Here is some further information about these types of accommodations.
