We are close to sold out on a few of those days over the week, please keep in mind most of the city will be since SpecStatel Olympics is in Ames (30 minutes away) and all hotels in our area are getting overflow from family and helpers. We only have Two Room Suites left. The Two Room Suites have a living room as you enter with desk, TV, wetbar and pull out sofa sleeper, the second room has a King Bed. The sofa sleepers are brand new, as all of our rooms. I have attached a picture.
We can offer a rate of $119 per room. We do not include breakfast in our rate but we have an onsite breakfast restaurant with a full breakfast buffet for $10.95 or you may order off the menu.
