The Ponderosa Lodge provides comfortable lodging in homestyle country elegance. The entire building is non-smoking. All of the exciting outdoor activities this area is noted for are within easy driving distance. The Lodge is also available for special events such as church and business retreats, weddings, receptions, and reunions. The Lodge has ten rental rooms, each with a private bath and individually controlled heating and cooling. The 1200 sq. ft. great room with its ample seating and pleasant ambiance in conjunction with the 600 sq. ft. lounge on the third floor provide plenty of space for family reunions and retreats. We offer books and games for relaxation and entertainment. The televisions in the great room and third floor lounge have satellite cable. |

Activities: The hiking trails through the woods surrounding the lodge are perfect for relaxing and wildlife viewing. The woods and fields are home to over 40 migratory birds, deer, wild turkey, owls, bobcat, coyote, bear and an occasional eagle in the spring. We also provide telescopes for star gazing and indoor/outdoor games for all ages. |
