Villa Baiera in Frascati  

Villa Baiera is located in Frascati, a beautiful town on the castelli romani' s hills. The apartments are situated in a quiet place surrounded by vineyards. Around our property we have the big area of Tor Vergata, the CNR, ENEA, ESRIN-ESA, Banca d'Italia and the Physics research center of Frascati.
Outside house there is a big garden with many trees and some garden-seats.
Near the garden there is a private parking-area .

APARTMENT
1 rural apartment is located in ground floor.
This apartment has: living room with coking area, and double sofa bed, one double bedroom and one bathroom.
Outside house we have one table with some chairs.
DEPENDANCE
Nice apartament with living room with double sofa bed, little kitchen,one double bedroom and one bathroom. Out there is a private garden with table and chairs.
We have apartment for 2 or for 4 people: in every apartment is possible to add 1 bed
PRICE:
for 1 apartment for 2 persons: 65 euro/night;
for 1 apartment for 4 persons: 80 euro/night;

The prices include: weekly cleaning, bed linen, household and a breakfast for 1 day.

Driving Directions: To come a the B&B BAIERA you can take the highway G.R.A.of Rome, and exit in via Casilina (exit 18) direction Frosinone. After 6 Km (about) turn right into Via Vermicino. In via Vermicino after 2.5 km (about) there is an automatic wash car (WASH PARK) next turn left into Vicolo Grotti Dama no. 19.

Local Area Attractions: We are in frascati, the center of castelli romani: to see: villa aldobrandini, villa torlonia, cappuccini's museum, the tusculum; next to see castel gandolfo, grottaferrata, rocca di papa, genzano and a few km the more famous....ROME!! In our country there are many commercial center and playgrounds: in Valmontone, a 20 minutes from us, there are the big discount center Outlet, with the bigger playground of Italy, "Rainbow Magic Land". In torvaianica there is the playground "Zoomarine". A few minutes from us there is the playground "Aquapiper" with many playwater.
