Uig is the terminus for the Outer Isles ferry to North Uist and Harris and we are just three minutes from the pier.In the summer day trips allow a brief taste of these fascinating islands.
Nearby is the Trotternish Ridge and Quairang fro some
breathtaking scenery and walking.The Golden Eagles nest nearby and this part of Skye is home to the secretive corncrakes.
