Easter Dunfallandy is situated in an elevated position close to the historic Dunfallandy Pictish Stone, just 2 miles south of Pitlochry. The house enjoys wonderful views over the picturesque Highland town, Ben-y-Vrackie Mountain and stunning Tummel Valley.

Pitlochry is renowned for the quality of its woollen/cashmere and giftware shops as well as the famous hydro dam and salmon ladder.

There is a renowned championship golf course, two distillery visitors centres, wonderful game fishing, many historic castles are close by and of course, the famous Festival Theatre in the hills - where visitors can see 6 plays in 6 days is situated just a few minutes from Easter Dunfallandy House.
