Our Viceroy Cape Cod style, two-story home has many large windows & garden doors to view our ruggedly beautiful landscape. Decorated in warm and inviting colours of the Fall, each of our three tastefully decorated guestrooms are furnished with hand-crafted blanket boxes, attractive furnishings and personal artistic touches.

Guestrooms are kept clean and equipped with comfortable queen-sized or twin-sized beds and private bathrooms. We've named our guestrooms after our local towns; the Meadows, the Summerside and the Irishtown.

Amenities in Guestrooms include; down-filled duvets, extra cotton blankets, individual heat controls, central heating/air-conditioning, extra lighting, private/ensuite bathrooms, a luggage rack, extra privacy locks, good quality linens and towels, extensive toiletries, sitting areas, in-room telephone, an alarm clock/radio, hair dryers, a complimentary map of Newfoundland and bottled water.

Our guests have use of our grand sitting room with a vaulted ceiling, stone fireplace and satellite TV/ movies or telephone, internet and email access.

Driving Directions: Arriving at the Deer Lake Airport, travel west along the Trans-Canada Highway towards Corner Brook. Along the way you will pass by the towns of Deer Lake, Pasadena and Steady Brook (the home of Marble Mountain - it will be on your left, visible from the highway). Just past Marble Mountain, take Exit 7 to Riverside Drive. Proceed approximately 1.3 KM and turn Right onto Route 440. Continue traveling on Route 440 for approximately 6.7 KM to the community of Irishtown-Summerside (you'll see the sign indicating the beginning of our community), continuing straight for approximately 2.8 KM to Colson's Road. Turn right on Colson's Road, (sign indicating Bennett's B & B) and proceed up the hill approximately 300 meters. Arriving by Ferry If you arrived by ferry at the Port aux Basques ferry terminal, drive east for approximately 225 KM along the Trans Canada Highway. As you're driving you will pass through many of Newfoundland's smaller towns, and the scenery are second to none. Continue until you arrive at Corner Brook (the city is to your left) and you will see a breath taking view of the Bay of Islands. Take Exit 7 to Riverside Drive. Proceed approximately 1.3 KM and turn Right onto Route 440. Proceed on Route 440 for approximately 6.7 KM to the community of Irishtown-Summerside (you'll see the sign indicating the beginning of the community), continuing straight for approximately another 2.8 KM to Colson's Road. Turn right on Colson's Road (sign indicating Bennett's B & B) and proceed up the hill approximately 300 meters.

Local Area Attractions: Corner Brook, Marble Mountain, Humber River, Blow-me-Down Mountains & Golf course, ONLY 1hr to Gross Morne National Park
