We are Americans living in Germany in
a beautiful town called St Leon-Rot. It's just outside of Heidelberg & Mannheim
and about 75-85K South of Frankfurt which equates to about a 45 minute train
ride into the heart of Frankfurt's city center!



We are regular, down to earth people and wish for you to be the same. We have 3
children, a dog and I smoke, so if you are allergic to any or all of the above,
Options for your stay with us:

Budget Lodging In Our Quaint Log Cabin: It sits in our large back yard. It has
electricity but no running water. You would need to come into the house for use
of kitchen and bathroom facilities. Made up as sleeping quarters only and will
be able to sleep 2 people. It has a table, 2 chairs a couch and a dresser for
furnishings.



Next we have 2 rooms inside of our home for rent.
One is set up for a single person and the other is set up for two with a double
bed. There is actually enough room in the double room to fit an additional
folding bed should you require a third person.



Daily Rentals:

* Single Room : 50 Euro per night

* Double Room:75 Euro per night

Weekly Rentals:

* Single Room: 250 Euro per week

* Double Room: 300 Euro per week

Monthly Rentals:

* Single Room : 750 Euro per month

* Double Room: 900 Euro per month

Second "guest kitchen" available for your use to cook your
own meals, although breakfast is included for short term guests. Monthly guests
will need to use the separate kitchen for all meals.

Free Computer use and Internet access available (WiFi too), large grassy
backyard, patio, easily accessible to train & bus station and you can reach any
German city with ease from our town! Actually, you can reach any major city in
all of Europe from here so take advantage of your stay with us and hit the road
traveling!



Parks, shops, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance from our home so
you can get tipsy and still stumble home without worries.

Community Swimming Pool is a 10 minute ride
away as well as the famous St. Leon Golf Club that Tiger Woods frequents just
down the road from our home!

There is a lake about a mile down the road
that has water skiing, snorkeling, diving, swimming, beach volley ball, wind
sailing, boating and camp ground facilities as well.
