Le Cheneau is an owner-occupied private host home in a large Provence style house with a big terrace faced on a shaded private quiet park, located between the old village of VALBONNE (XVIth century) and the new SOPHIA ANTIPOLIS Sciences park and at 5mn drive from the ANTIBES and CANNES entries., 10mn from GRASSE . Three comfortable, well-kept sunny guest rooms in different colours, with self-contained entrance, each with private bathroom and toilets. Free covered car parks inside the property. Good breakfasts served on the terrace in summer or a period furniture dining room in winter if not warm enough outside. It is only 20 minutes drive from the beaches, pleasure harbours, NICE and CANNES/MANDELIEU international airports. Numerous sea, country, mountain sports activities nearby, 10 golf courses within 7 km radius, equestrian centers 10 km away, museums, casinos and many tourist sites and gastronomic restaurants in the neighbour. “Le Cheneau” is ideally situated to discover the French Riviera Cote d’Azur from MONACO and Italy to SAINT TROPEZ and for high quality stay with nice and warm welcome.

Driving Directions: from East, NICE intl. airport (about 20mn drive) go West on A8 motorway leave it in ANTIBES (exit nb. 44), towards in first ANTIBES and then GRASSE/ SOPHIAANTIPOLIS (D35) then VALBONNE (D103) along the SOPHIA ANTIPOLIS sciences park, on "Route du Parc". At the "Bouillides" roundabout head towards VALBONNE for 3 km always on “Route du Parc” (D103 ), 100m after "Le Bois Doré" res’t on the right, before “La Petite Ferme” bus stop, ring (a long time) at iron gate n° 205; up lane, house on left at top.
