Cedar House B&B  

Grand Bend is a great get away location on the shores of Lake Huron. Lake Huron is home to blue waters and beautiful sunsets. We are located a short walking distance to Main Street on Hwy 21. Cedar House B&B is surrounded by tall cedars, maple, pine and the Old Ausable River. When you drive through the red gates you will forget that you are just minutes from the city's shopping, dining and active nightclub scene. Built in 1948, Cedar House is not your typical B&B. Your hosts (Tamara & Lisa) reside in the main house and our guest accommodations are small private cabins situated on the rivers edge.

Guests are welcome to spend the day on the property or we will be happy to recommend area activities. Pinery park, golf, beaches, and water sports are all close by. Grand Bend is known for it's festive nightlife. During the summer months there is always live entertainment at several area establishments. Enjoy yourself and forget about driving, Cedar House B&B is a safe walk home. If a relaxed evening is more your style, spend the evening in front of our massive outdoor fire pit. Catch fireflies, roast marshmallows or soak in the cedar hot-tub.

Buffet style continental breakfast is served every morning from 8:30-10:00am. Enjoy breakfast in your room, relaxing in a hammock, on the river dock or outdoor patio.
