Cliff House is a luxurious home with secure private parking and panoramic views of Tramore Bay. All six bedrooms, including three luxurious family suites, are decorated to a very high standard with TV’s, clock-radios, hairdryers etc. Wireless Internet Access is available to all our guests, at no extra charge. Just ask a member of staff who will assist you further with internet access. The extensive breakfast menu offers more than ten delicious choices. Breakfast is an enjoyable and relaxed occasion where conversation flows freely amongst the guests. Our conservatory overlooks the beautiful horseshoe bay of TramoreGuests can relax with a cup of tea or coffee in the sunny conservatory or patio, enjoy the breathtaking views of Tramore Bay and nearby beach, or stroll in the landscaped gardens. Tours of the Waterford Crystal Factory ( just 10mins away) can be arranged, as can discounted green fees at all local golf courses. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance and we are an ideal base for exploring Waterford City and the South-East of the country. Directions: Directions from Dublin Airport
route 1: Take the M50 heading south and follow signposts for the N7 towards Naas. Continue along the N7 past Naas and branch off along the N9 towards Waterford. Once in Waterford City follow the N25 towards Cork and branch off along the R675 for Tramore town which is 10km from Waterford City.
Distance = approx. 165km (100miles) from Dublin
Journey Time = approx 2.5hrs.
route 2: Take the M50 heading south and follow signposts for the N11 towards Wicklow. Continue along the N11 as far as Enniscorthy and take the N79 to New Ross and then the N25 to Waterford. Once in Waterford City follow the N25 towards Cork and branch off along the R675 for Tramore town which is 10km from Waterford City.
Distance = approx. 165km (100miles) from Dublin
Journey Time = approx 2.5hrs.
Directions from Shannon Airport
Take the N18 heading south to Limerick and follow signposts for the N24 towards Waterford. Once in Waterford City follow the N25 towards Cork and branch off along the R675 for Tramore town which is 10km from Waterford City.

Directions from Belfast Airport
Take the M1 heading south to Dublin then branch off along the A1 where signposted. Continue along the A1 to Dublin Airport and take the M50 heading south then follow signposts for the N7 towards Naas. Continue along the N7 past Naas and branch off along the N9 towards Waterford. Once in Waterford City follow the N25 towards Cork and branch off along the R675 for Tramore town which is 10km from Waterford City.
