The Boat house  

The Boat House is a self contained romantic holiday cottage with only a 4 minute walk to Raumati Beach and a 4 minute walk to a variety of restaurants and cafes. Made from native and exotic timbers, matched with a range of nautical pieces - it is certainly a place to behold. The large deck overlooks the eastern hills with 2 outdoor entertaining areas. French doors open onto to this area. Master Cabin has queen bed and french doors to courtyard. Upstairs has 2 single beds on the mezzanine. Stylish kitchen with all mod cons even a dishwasher. Aquarium toilet - spot all the fish, bathroom and full laundry. You'll find a 28ft whale chaser boat right next to the house with can provide additional accommodation if required. Take a walk up the garden path and you'll find not only a double hammock between the trees, but an outdoor bath with hot and cold running water. Quality linens and furnishings. Refreshments and breakfast provisions provided. Outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ. Sleeps 4 indoors so bring the kids along too. Take the time to stop and relax. Play golf, walk the beach or simply read a book.
