Dreamwaters guest apartment was purpose built for international and local guests preferring private and self-contained (self-catering) luxury accommodation. Hence the accommodation has its own entrance, kitchen and private decks. Skylights for sun and light. Floor to ceiling double glazed, tinted windows in the lounge bedroom optimise the view. Heated floor tiles in your bathroom and kitchen for comfort.
Comfortable SuperKing bed in the double bedroom with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the sea. Small side security windows allow you to listen to the ocean as you drift into sleep .
We provide tasty Continental breakfast provisions for you to enjoy when it suits you best.

Just a 3 minute drive to cafe's/restaurants for a variety of cuisine. On Fridays and Sunday evenings you can walk 3 minutes to the Plimmerton Boat Club where meals are served. If you want to relax at 'home', just order in a gourmet pizza and they deliver free. Groceries can be purchased from the large supermarket which is 5 minutes drive from Dreamwaters, should you want to prepare your own meals.
Bush and coastal walks. We are conveniently located 3 minutes drive from the rail link to the central business district. Public golf courses 10 minutes away.
Close to Wellington city if you need it, a world away if you don't - 20 minutes to the Inter Island ferry terminal 25 minutes to Wellington central city We are 4 minutes drive from State Highway 1 (Wellington to Auckland). See photos on our website.

Driving Directions: Take State Highway 1 to the Plimmerton turnoff. It's a free left turn from SH 1 travelling north. It's a right turn from the right lane at the traffic lights travelling south on SH 1. You will cross the Auckland-Wellington railway line. You are now on Steyne Avenue in Plimmerton. At the shops you reach a roundabout. Turn left. You soon have the sea on your left and you are travelling on Sunset then Moana Road. See the blue and white Plimmerton Boat Club ahead on the left. Just before this take Airlie Road on your right. First left is Gordon Road. Uphill first sharp corner slow and indicate left. There is a drive down and then up to DreamWaters. Please park beside the deck leading to your accommodation.
