Breakfast: A full breakfast is served 3 courses consisting of sweets, fruits, hot dishes, coffee, tea, juices, cereal, yogurt. We cater to special dietary needs such as celiac and diabetic. We also work with vegans and vegetarians as well as Atkins diets.

Driving Directions: From the north: I-81 to exit 29 in Virginia. Take 91 to Mountain City. Turn left at the stop sign (421) and go to 2nd light. Turn right and take 67 13 miles to Pine Orchard Road. Follow signs to the Inn. From the South: Take I-81 to I-26, exit in Elizabethton at exit 24. Follow directions on website: www.ironmountainINN.com. From East: take 421 from Winston/Salem into Mountain City. Take 67 13 miles to Pine Orchard Road. Follow signs.
