Just a short drive from Calgary, you will find charming cabins atop a ridge, with a view of Eagle Lake & the majestic Rocky Mountains. Enjoy captivating sunsets & star-filled skies while you relax in the hot tub or toast marshmallows over the campfire. The 'Hitch'n'Post' is a cozy cabin for 2 & the 'Bunkhouse' is perfect for a family get-away or 2 couples. In the evening you can enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of cowboy coffee while sitting in front of a wood burning fireplace before you tuck yourselves into layers of exquisite linens atop the most comfortable of beds. The cabins feature large bathrooms & beautifully appointed bedrooms. Both cabins are equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee-maker & BBQ. The large cabin also has a range & dishwasher, so pick up a few items at the local grocery store and you'll never want to leave!

In the summer you can enjoy a 2-course breakfast served on your private deck & in the winter it will be served to you in the comfort of your cabin.

Spa Services are available in the privacy of your cabin & we also offer Equestrian Adventures for all levels of riders including overnight trips to the Rocky Mountains.

Breakfast: inquire On weekends we will serve a full, hot, two-course breakfast in your cabin. During the week we will deliver our "Breakfast in a Basket" to your cabin in the evening and you can enjoy it at your leisure the following morning.

Driving Directions: Directions from the Calgary International Airport: When you leave the airport you will be traveling south on Barlow Trail. From Barlow Trail take the 16th Ave East exit. This is the Trans Canada Highway and it will take you all the way to Strathmore. Stay on the Trans Canada Highway, through the town of Strathmore and watch for the sign for Namaka. This will be 8.1 kilometers from the first set of lights in Strathmore. You will be turning South (right) on the Namaka Road. At night look for the four radio towers with red lights on the top of each tower ? these will be on your left just before the Namaka Road. This road is also marked by a sign for Eagle Lake RV Park. Rocking R is 5.3 kilometers South on the Namaka Road. Our laneway will be on the left-hand side of the road. Just look for our sign.
