This country garden retreat in Central Taranaki is landscaped around the Homestead and its private guest wing. Te Popo offers Qualmark 4-star hosted B&B accommodation with dinner by arrangement and self catering facilities. Four beautifully appointed suites overlook the garden, with private entrances, superior beds, ensuites, C D player and wood burning fires. Deep river gorges and extensive native forest enfold the cool temperate English style woodland, gardens and open lawns providing year round interest. The 34 acre property includes level paths, forest trails, large bridges, waterfalls and ponds in both the cultivated gardens and the natural environment.

Cancellation Policy: Deposit forfeited when less than 3 days notice of cancellation given, unless the room is re-booked.

Breakfast: Cereal, juice, preserved fruit, croissants/homemade bread plus a delectable cooked course.

Driving Directions: From the North: Turn left at the end of Midhirst onto Beaconsfield Road. After 6 km turn left at school onto Stanley Road. 6.5km to our gate on right. From the South & Stratford: At the northern roundabout, turn east into Regan Street and State Highway 43 (the Forgotten World Highway). After 4 km cross one-way bridge & turn left onto Beaconsfield Road. After 4 km turn right at school onto Stanley Road. 6.5km to our gate on right. From the East & SH43: 6 km after Toko turn right (before one way bridge) onto Beaconsfield Road. After 4 km turn right at school onto Stanley Road. 6.5km to our gate on right

Onsite Activities: Wander our expansive 34 acres, relax in the ambience of the setting, or luxuriate in our bath under the stars.
