Jim & Lorraine invite you to share & relax in their modern home at Mount Maunganui. NZ's most popular beach is only 30 seconds away & is great for swimming, surfing, walking or sunbathing. We are close to the action but far enough away to be quiet.

The main guest room has a queen rimu sleigh bed, electric blanket, down duvet, quality linen, bathrobes, comfortable settee, TV, & own private bathroom.

Relax & enjoy great sea views from our 3rd storey guest lounge with tea & coffee making facilities or indulge with one of Jim's cappuccinos . The lounge has a fridge, sinkbench, tea & coffee making facilities TV and a stereo/CD player.
