ReviewsPeggys Cottage Date of Stay: 2008-10-01 Recently, I resided at Peggys Cottage during the October 2008 Thanksgiving Weekend in Canada. Roberts Creek is a warm and friendly community, one containing a variety of incredibly talented artisans. There are numerous facilities easily located in the surrounding area. There are many areas to explore and all are located within an easy walk or short drive to the Pacific Ocean on the Sunshine Coast in Western Canada. The Cottage is an ideal place to stay, its a short driving distance to many areas along the coastline from Gibsons Landing thru Sechelt, Halfmoon Bay, Smugglers Cove, Secret Cove, Pender Harbour and elsewhere. Venturing off the main highway can provide a wealth of information and incredible scenery. There are endless roads leading to hidden communities. Choosing Peggys Cottage is centrally located and allows one to easily walk, kayak, bicycle, or travel by car to endless picturesque areas. The hospitality provided by Peggy was fantastic and much appreciated. Peggy and her husband recently renovated the entire cottage which is well maintained with all the amenities one would ever need, and its simply very romantic. The Cottage is surrounded by a beautiful flowering garden amongst a forest containing tall Cedars, etc. The property is very private and quiet. If I was asked the question "Would you reside there again?" My response would be Yes without any hesitation.
