Casa Franci Bed and Breakfast Rome  

We are located in the heart of Rome Tourist centre, a few steps away from Vatican City, the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter Basilica. The photo you see with St. Peter's Basilica, is the view that can be seen our balcony.

We offer two cozy and comfortable rooms with private bathroom inside the room, a private balcony, a high speed internet connection, and a DVD.
The second room, has a balcony with the view on St.Peter's dome, a DVD and can house and third bed for an extra charge of 20 euro per day. We offer recently-released films on request. Breakfast can be served on the balcony with the view, for all our guests, weather permitting.

Wireless internet access is free with own laptop. A PC is available for a small extra charge

Cancellation Policy: We ask for a 30% deposit in the total stay. It will be returned in full if cancellation is made at least 10 days from arrival.

Children are welcome. We have children.

Breakfast: A choice of coffee between filter, espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate or tea. Snacks + fruit yoghurt and fresh fruit.

Driving Directions: We are well connected to the central railway station, Roma Termini, by one bus line 64, and by the local train station Stazione San Pietro just a few metres away. In Roma Termini Rail station you catch the n. 64 and ride all the way to the end of the route to get to Roma San Pietro Rail station. If you are coming from Fiumicimo, Leonardo Da Vinci Airport, you can take the train to Trastevere Station. You then change line to catch the train to Roma S. Pietro station. We are just 50 metres from the Station
