Bet's B&B  

Bet's B&B is a large, modern artist-style two-level studio with its own private entrance just 2 miles from the City centre.

Upstairs, the open-space living area includes a kitchenette, dining and lounge areas, a Queen-size bed, writing desk, television and DVD.

Downstairs, the bathroom/toilet is for the guests' exclusive use and includes a washing machine and a dryer.

Close to public transport, Bet's B & B is just 15 minutes by bus or light rail to Sydney's CBD and a three-minute stroll to Annandale Village shopping centre with its many restaurants, cafes and shops.

Breakfast ingredients are provided. The fully-equipped kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a microwave, a twin-electric cook top, a toaster and jug, as well as a four-seat dining table. Cook what you like, when you like.

For your comfort, there is a spacious lounge suite, a Queen-size bed, reverse cycle air-conditioning, a TV and DVD. And for your convenience, there is a writing desk, a wardrobe and a four-drawer cabinet.

The bathroom has all your need: a spacious tiled shower, vanity basin, a mirror, hair dryer, toilet, a pullout clothes dryer for small items, and a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

Regular bus and Light Rail services take you to the heart of Sydney within 15 minutes.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is required at least two (2) weeks prior to the arrival date. Otherwise, a charge of one (1) night's accommodation will apply.

Breakfast: Self-catered breakfast Breakfast includes cereals, bread, eggs, bacon, sausages, juice, milk, and a selection of jams, coffee and tea.

Driving Directions: From Sydney International Airport: 20 minutes by taxi or take a bus or train to Central Railway Station. From George Street-Broadway, Annandale is a 10-minute ride by bus (Route 470).

Local Area Attractions: Bet's B&B Studio is only 15-minutes from the heart of the City Centre by public transport. Local attractions include: the Sydney Opera House, the historic Rocks area, the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Sydney Tower (Centrepoint), the boutique shops in the Queen VIctoria Building, the Botanic Gardens and Art Gallery. At Circular Quay, you can catch a ferry to Taronga Park Zoo, Manly Beach, and Darling Harbour (where you can visit the Aquarium, Maritime Museum and many outdoor shops and restaurants). The famous Bondi Beach is a bus ride away and the Blue Mountains can be reached by bus or train.

Onsite Activities: There are a variety of shops, restaurants and outdoor cafes in Annandale Village. Sydney's famous Italian quarter for fine dining is close by. So, too, is Sydney's Fish Market, where you can enjoy a hearty outdoor lunch. There are nearby parks and walkways that can take you into the City.
