Guests have exclusive use of guest facilities including lounge, bedrooms, shower/toilet etc as we take only one party of up to 4 people at a time. Cancellation Policy: Early notification of cancellation required

Breakfast: Your choice of cooked or continental breakfast which includes cereals, stewed & fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast, jams etc., fruit juice, bacon, eggs, hash browns, tea, coffee, cappuchino etc.

Driving Directions: Turn off SH3 at St Leonard St on St Johns Hill. Turn right into Kent Rd then left into Ngapuhi St. Taranaki St is second on right and 26 is at end of street.

Local Area Attractions: Close to Virginia Lake, winter gardens, restaurants and city centre. Museum, Art galleries, historic Waimarie river paddlesteamer, heritage buildings, River trips by mail coach or jet boat etc.

Onsite Activities: Relaxing, reading, discussing travel plans etc. with hosts.
