Villa Italia is a newly constructed luxury bed & breakfast with a Mediterranean influence. For your comfort all rooms are ensuite and equipped with TV, stereo, alarm clocks and coffee/tea making facilities. The two ground floor rooms ('Firenze' and 'Milano') each have a private entrance, whilst the upper floor room has a balcony with views of the sea.

Nestled in Northland's stunning Bay of Islands and enjoying both sea and rural views, Villa Italia is a 5-minute drive from the historic Stone Store, nature reserve and the magical Rainbow Falls. In Kerikeri Township sample the fine restaurants, wineries and savour its coffee house scene. We would be pleased to arrange excursions such as swimming with the dolphins, skydiving or simply cruising the Bay.

Driving Directions: Directions to Villa Italia from Auckland Air New Zealand fly from Auckland to Kerikeri airport several times a day. The flight takes approx 45mins. Collection from the airport with prior arrangement would be our pleasure. Travelling via road Directions to Villa Italia from Auckland Take state highway 1 to Whangarei / Northland. Stay on state highway 1. Travel through the outskirts of Whangarei continuing on to Kawakawa. At Kawakawa take left turning through town staying on state highway 1. After approx 10 km take right turning for state highway 10, Kerikeri, Doubtless Bay & Bay Of Islands. After approx 10 km take right hand exit off the roundabout for Kerikeri. Continue through town, past stone store, over single lane bridge, over small roundabout (Landing Road) continue along the road (you will go over another one lane bridge) until you reach the T-junction with Kapiro Road / Skudders Beach Road. Turn right at this junction & then next left for Kingfisher Drive. Villa Italia will be found approx 500 metres on left hand side. Approx driving time from Auckland: 3.5 hours

Local Area Attractions: The Bay of Islands abounds with opportunities to enjoy outdoors activities and nature. A must for most people is a cruise to the Hole In The Rock and Cape Brett. We offer our guests a booking service for trips with Fullers Bay of Islands, R. Tucker Thompson’s classic schooner ship, and many others. For fishing the Bay is heaven; Snapper to Marlin, the choice is yours! We can book your fishing trip, be it for a couple of hours or all day. Yacht charters, Parasailing, Diving, Sky Diving, Sightseeing by air, Horseback adventures, its all here. Waitangi, the birthplace of New Zealand, is a 25-minute drive away. Russell, the old capital of New Zealand, is accessible via the car ferry at Opua or the passenger ferry at Paihia.
