Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit upon reservation, balance charged 14 days from arrival. Refunds given prior to 14 days (21 days Dec. 15-Jan. 16). $50 cancellation fee.

Breakfast: A full breakfast is served Juice, fresh roasted and ground coffee, brewed loose tea, milk, fresh fruit such as strawberry salad, melon, mango, hot entree such as strata, quiche, omelettes, pancakes. Early risers and dietary restrictions accommodated.

Driving Directions: From Denver 120 miles(approximately 2 hrs 15 mins) * Take US 6 West * Merge onto I-70 West toward Grand Junction/CO-470. * Merge onto CO-470 East via Exit 260 toward Colorado Springs. * Take 285 South toward Fairplay. (102 miles) * Turn right onto 24 at Johnson Village. (1.5 miles) * Turn left onto DePaul Ave. * DePaul is the first street on the South edge of town. * The Inn is on the corner of DePaul and South Gunnison Avenue. From Colorado Springs 93 miles(approx. 2 hours) * Start out going West on East Pikes Peak Ave toward N. Nevada Ave/I-25/US 87/US 85. * Turn left onto South Nevada Ave. * Turn Right onto E. Cimarron St. * E. Cimarron Street becomes 24 West. (87 miles) * Turn right, continue on 24 at Johnson Village. (1.5 miles) * Turn left onto DePaul Ave. * DePaul is the first street on the South edge of town. * The Inn is on the corner of DePaul and South Gunnison Avenue.
