The Avenue Bed & Breakfast  

The Avenue is both stylish and comfortable, but distinctive from other B&Bs. Both of the newly furnished first floor rooms has its own private entrance to the outside. Guests have full, and exclusive access to a kitchen and breakfast room for lounging, work or entertaining friends. The B&B is surrounded by outstanding gardens and patios. Breakfasts may be enjoyed on porch or patio in fine weather. Each room has a small refrigerator, wireless high-speed Internet, satellite TV and radio, DVD player, video consoles are available. Children are welcome.

Cancellation Policy: Refundable with 7 days notice

We have pets. Children are welcome.

Breakfast: Guest may choose from eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, pancakes, muffins, homemade breads.

Driving Directions: From exit 178 of I-80, follow SR220 north for 7 miles to the PA 120 exit for "Lock Haven". Follow PA 120 for exactly 2 miles. The B&B is on the right. Watch for our sign and an "over the top" garden spilling onto the sidewalk.

Local Area Attractions: Lock Haven Univerity is across the street. Also near Woolrich outlet, Pine Creek Rail-Trail, world class trout fishing, great hiking, good hunting.
