Alert Bay Lodge is a five room, west coast retreat on the south shore of Cormorant Island. Located two kilometers from the town of Alert Bay, the lodge offers a peaceful setting where one can relax by the fire, take in the view of Johnstone Strait from the sundeck, or stroll along the beach. The heritage of the lodge as the United Church for the Island is reflected in the arched cedar ceilings and the open floor plan of our spacious common room. Internet wireless access, secure parking and access to kitchen facilities are available for all guests. |

Driving
Directions: Proceed five hours north of Victoria, or 3.5 hours north of Nanaimo on the Island Highway. Turn into Port McNeill and take the 30 minute ferry to Alert Bay. Turn right from the ferry and drive for 2 kilometers along the ocean road (Fir Street). |
