Ardrossan B&B Mudgee Accommodation  

Ardrossan B&B is the perfect base for up to 4 couples to explore the 45 Mudgee N.S.W.Australia wineries, markets, museums, art galleries, boutique shops and restaurants. We offer 4 super comfortable,new queen, memory foam bed rooms {one has an extra wide single bed as well} with TV/DVDs, antique furniture, tapestries and original paintings. A lovely airconditioned guest sitting room,with comfortable seating for 8 in front of the fireplace, a library/card room and dining room is provided for guests. The kitchenette is available for guests to make coffee, tea and small meals. A fridge, jug, double hot plate and sandwich maker toaster are available for guests to use. A gas barbeque is available for guest use in the pool cabana.
Ardrossan has a huge solar heated swimming pool and an 8 seater heated spa. We do ask that guests bring their own spa/swimming towels and slippers to wear inside the B&B.
5 course scrumptious breakfasts are served at the time of your choosing in the dining room.
We serve orange juice, fruit salad, cereals. Muesli, pastries, croissants, breads, jams, butter, yogurts, freshly brewed tea and ground coffee. Guests can make their own hot toast. Our specialties are 5 berry pancakes, eggs Benedict, farmers frittata, full English with award winning local sausages and French scrambled eggs.
We are pleased to make reservations at restaurants and for guided wine tours for our guests.
Ardrossan has lots of farm animals. Dexter cattle,alpaca, damara sheep in the paddocks, geese, Muscovy ducks, black ducks, woodies, ibis, herons, fish, and turtles on Lake Esme, and lots of beautiful native birds which come to be fed every day. We have 4 little girl dogs. Coco and Honey Bun the long haired Chihuahuas and K.C. the Papillion take their jobs as the official greeters very seriously and are available for cuddles. Our long haired miniature dachshund Schatze is a bit shy.The newest arrival is Snoopy, a standard long hair black and tan dachshund who we rescued from the pound. He is fitting in beautifully.
As Ardrossan has many water features and animals we regret we are unable to accommodate small children or pets. Coco's nose gets out of joint when other dogs invade her garden!

Breakfast: A full breakfast is served 5 course breakfast, orange juice, cereals, muesli, yogurts,fruit salad, fresh fruit, breads, pastries, muffins, crumpets. Eggs Benedict, 5 berry pancakes, farmer's fritata, sausages, french scrambled eggs,bacon and eggs, grilled tomato.
