Welcome to our attractive, restored villa, in an oasis of cottage gardens and trees, yet only 1km to the city centre and all it's attractions. Three lovely spacious bedrooms each have: Queen bed with fleecy electric blanket, fresh flowers, phone, TV and internet port,and an oil heater. One en-suite and 2 private bathrooms. Relax in the guest living room with free email and home theatre (a small complimentary library of DVD's, videos and CD's) or quietly unwind on the deck overlooking the organic potager garden. Enjoy a healthy delicious continental breakfast that includes homemade bread, smoked salmon and cheese. Paul's funky art abounds, and a professional massage(extra charge)is available from Karen by appointment. 4 character filled cats are in residence.

Local Area Attractions: We love Dunedin for it's easy living. Being a small city it has all the cultural entertainment and shopping one expects from a city, and they are all in close proximity (walking distance or short travel). Dunedin is also situated in a stunning natural environment, with harbour, sea and rugged peninsula providing fabulous eco-tourism, wildlife ( Royal albatross, seals, penguins) and a vast array of water and outdoor sports.
