The town of Millet is a convenient 10 minute walk from Miller's Meadow B&B and is known as the prettiest little town in Alberta, with a population of 2000 residents. Millet centers on a 65 acre park system with ball diamonds, soccer pitches, multi-use pathways and creeks, also an indoor ice arena, community hall, historical museum, antique shops, drugstore, entertainment, copy shop and variety of specialty shops, serving their residents and guests winter and summer.
