The Holladay House Bed and Breakfast is located in the heart of Virginia's horse and wine country. Built around 1830, Holladay House is one of the oldest buildings in Orange, and is surrounded by wineries and historic sites. The inn's stately federalist architecture invites you to experience Virginia's distinguished history.
Stroll through historic downtown Orange, or read a book in our library next to the original antique Italian marble fireplace. Breakfast includes a variety of homemade baked goods, delicious fruit dishes and sumptuous gourmet entrees.
Holladay House has four guest rooms and two suites. Several guest rooms boast fireplaces, and all have private baths. Soothe yourself in one of our double-whirpool tubs, or curl up in a luxurious king-sized bed.
Civil War battlefields, Montpelier (James and Dolly Madison's home), and Monticello are all within 25 miles. Wineries flourish in the nearby countryside, and the Zachary Taylor park across the street is a wonderful place to enjoy a picnic lunch. |
