At “Podere Giuliano?a recently restored farm house surrounded by pastures and corn fields, situated on a hillock of the maremma in Latium, in Etruscan area, just a few miles far from the sea between Tuscania and Tarquinia, as well as Montalto di Castro, the first floor has completely been structured for Bed & Breakfast accommodation, with two bedrooms, shared bathroom and a living-room.

In the area outside the house there are tables, chairs, comfortable deck-chairs and bicycles at total disposal of our guests.
Next march 2007 will be ready the big swimming pool, 15 m long.

THE ROOMS
The first floor of the house has an independent entrance, a bright, large living-room with tv for guests, a double room, a room with two beds and one shared bathroom. It is possible to add an extra bed . The rooms are provided with independent heating/air conditioning.
We speak English. There are no public transport means to get to Podere Giuliano, therefore, it is useful to have one’s own transport means.
Upon agreement, we can prepare your main meals.
Sea beaches, archeological sites (etruscan), Tarquinia, Tuscania by 15minutes; Bolsena lake, termal springs by 30 minutes; Rome is far just one hour and twenty by train ( Montalto di Castro's railway station is far 8 km)

Driving Directions: On the main road linking Montalto di Castro to Tuscania at km 12, at the crossroad, turn to Poggio Martino. You can reach it taking the Aurelia motorway and going out of it at Montalto di Castro taking the Tuscania ?Viterbo direction. Another possibility is the motorway Rome ?Florence: go out of it at Orte and take the Viterbo direction, then go to Tuscania and then to Montalto di Castro.

Local Area Attractions: every day you can change escursion: one day in archeological sites like Vulci or Cerveteri, another day you can go around in small nearest towns like Tuscania, Tarquinia, Capalbio ecc., or you can go to swim in Bolsena lake. There are many termals springs far around 30 min. And, of course, sea beaches in 15 min.

Onsite Activities: A big swimming pool wait for you when you back from escursions. there are bicicles for go around and a barbeque avaible
