The old colonial style cascina has been restructured in keeping with local rural traditions. The property includes one and a half hectares of land, an extensive lawn, a vegetable garden and fruit trees, a ‘bocce’ court, a large art studio and a splendid swimming pool. Divignano is a small town of about 1000 inhabitants situated on the hills which run from Arona to Borgomanero. It is strategically positioned near cities of great artistic, cultural and commercial interest such as Milan (60 km.) and Torino (100 km.), as well as places of extraordinary natural beauty like lago Maggiore (10 km.) and lago d’Orta (20 km.). |
