The estate features a secluded 50-acre retreat,bordering the town of Elmira with a new 5,000 sq.ft.custom built stone house.We have central air and 4 guest rooms with new pillow top queen beds,fireplaces, satellite tv, dvd,table,and chair. All guest rooms have
private ensuite baths.
Here at the Estate we have farm animals,antiques,and numerous restored horse drawn implements from days gone by.

Breakfast: We serve an "all you can eat" sumptuous breakfast of home baking, and bacon & eggs or pancakes & sausage plus toast, jam, cereal, fruit, juice, and coffee.

Driving Directions: From hwy 401 exit hwy 8 toward Kitchener, follow hwy 85N around Kitchener-Waterloo and bypass St.Jacobs. Turn left onto Listowel Rd. at Crossroads Restaurant(south side of Elmira).Go 2 km west to Floradale Rd.(Woolwich Rd. 19) on right. Second lane on right #1099.(Leisure Estates sign at the road).
