Notleymere Cottage  

Notleymere Cottage, set on beautiful Cazenovia Lake, is an historic 8800 square foot mansion built in the shingle style. Notleymere, in the town of Cazenovia, is located near Syracuse, New York and the finger lakes region. Notleymere offers five magnificent guest rooms, each with a private bath. Included in your stay at Notleymere is a full gourmet breakfast, which, depending on the season, can be served in front of a warm fire or on the lakeside veranda.

Central New York is famous for its wine and fresh farm products, which guests can sample at our afternoon tea or happy hour.

Choose your luxury from one of our five rooms. The Teddy Roosevelt suite and the Rough Rider room were home to Teddy Roosevelt when he vacationed in Cazenovia at Notleymere Cottage with the original owner and his family.

There are two suites overlooking the lake or large rooms with garden views. All rooms are luxurious with fine linens and comfortable beds.

Driving Directions: From Airport: Exit airport to Route 81 North 1.9 Miles. Merge onto 481 S. Exit 285 for 10.2 miles to 92 East Exit 3E for 12.8 miles. At the end of 92, make a left onto Route 20 8/10ths of a mile, make 1st left onto Foreman which becomes Lake Road and go 1.2 miles to the Inn.

From NYS Throughway: Get off at Route 13, Exit 34. Make left, turn and follow Route 13 into Town of Cazenovia, which is Route 20. Go through town and at Foreman Street, make a right turn for approximately 1 mile, Foreman St. becomes E. Lake Road.

From Route 81: Get off at Exit 15 and follow Route 20 East to Cazenovia, approximately 15.2 miles. At traffic light (Foreman Rd.), make left turn and go straight 1.2 miles. Foreman St. becomes E. Lake Road.
