Very comfortable self contained cottage with its own cooking facilities including stove & hotplates, oven, microwave, fridge and utensils. The TV is colour with DVD and the area is airconditioned. The bedroom has a queen size bed & ensuite with shower & Jacusi spa bath.
The cottage has its own driveway and an exclusive & private bar-b-q and outdoor setting, set in the garden with abundant bird kife.

Driving Directions: From Eltham take Main Road through Research, Kangaroo Ground to Panton Hill (aprox 14km). In Panton Hill at second round about turn right into Merrits Road for 200mtrs where it meets Bakehouse Road. The road dips at the intersection and MossGlen (no 30)is the first driveway on the right. Use the upper driveway to the cottage steps

Local Area Attractions: Panton Hill is a rural district, with an emphasis on crops, particularly grapes and olives. Wineries are close by, and the St Andrews Saturday market is a 5 minute drive. Eltham is around 15 minutes and has many attractions including Montsalvat artist community. 10 minutes by car takes you to Yarra Glen and the Yarra Valley with its many wineries and food trails. For motor enthusiasts, the Rob Roy hillclimb is between MossGlen and Yarra Glen. Prolific birdlife abounds on the property with many species of brightly coloured native birds.
