Variety of extras on property - outdoor pool, gameroom with pool table, great room has games, magazines, and books, large deck with rockers, sunroom by pool. All rooms have inroom refrigerator and private baths. Breakfast served at 8:30 - call ahead if need earlier arrangements. Decadent Evening desserts.

Strawberry Suite has King Pollster bed with Jacuzzi. Sleeps 2

Blueberry Suite has 2 room suite, private entrance, fireplace, living room with sleeper sofa + bedroom with mahagony sleigh bed. Sleeps 4

Blackberry Suite - basic room with Queen Bed - extra nice furnishings. Sleeps 2

Breakfast: Varies Daily. We try to incorporate berries from our farm, but depends on season. Midweek Breakfast available at 8am Some dishes include, Blueberry Cream Cheese French Toast, Omlet Casserole, Sausage Casserole, Apple Stuffed French Toast, fresh bread

Driving Directions: Just below I-75/I-40 split in Knoxville. I-75 exit 81. Take Hwy 321 towards Smoky Mountains/Maryville - go total of 7.5 miles. You will go over Ft Loudoun Dam - go another 2 miles. Antioch Baptist Church on Left, turn left beside church. Go 1.5 miles to property on right (black cross fence marks the property). You can not see the house from the road
