The house is a magical place, the family’s former summer estate of the owner, the Contessa Anna Passi, now a elegant and yet very welcoming bed and breakfast. It is in the Marche, along the Adriatic coast of Italy – an area rich in history and notable sites, like the great Renaissance town of Urbino and the independent Republic of San Marino. The rooms are all equipped with both the modern convinces one expects from a four star resort, while filled with family heirlooms and personal touches that make you feel like you are one of the family. Each room has its own personality and character. A great variety of rooms are available to choose from as the property offers accommodations in the main house (from a cozy double bedroom to a selection of great suites), and the “Dependence” (a second building just fifty paces from the main house with group of large master bedrooms). Finally, there are two newly renovated farmhouses with charming apartments that include kitchens and all one needs to live independently, which are perfectly suited to families or those who wish to make the Villa their home for a few weeks, or longer stays.
The location affords a magnificent view of Fano, a fascinating historic port town, admist an historical, romantic park and the olive grove from which the family still makes and bottles their own olive oil. Here too you will find a large swimming pool with plenty of room to swim!

Breakfast: A buffet breakfast is avaliable Breakfast is a large, delicious affair with everything from freshly made cakes and tarts to a variety of cereals, fresh yogurt, fresh fruits, sliced meats and cheeses, as well as hot dishes, like omelets and hot sausages.

Driving Directions: Once in Fano, follow the sign for Fano Centro and Pesaro SS16. You will go through several traffic circles, just follow the signs for Fano Centro and Pesaro. You will be driving towards the old Roman walls of Fano. At the end of the road (right before the old walls), turn left and follow the signs for SS16 Pesaro. You will be driving parallel to the old walls for a short while. Continue on the SS16 (towards Pesaro) and you will cross over 2 viaducts and a traffic light between the two. Continue on the SS16 (the Adriatic will be on your right), and after the AGIP gas station on the right, take the first left turn (there is a small left turn lane) and start up the hill, then take the first right and follow the signs to the Villa Giulia.
