Driving
Directions: From I-85 or I-95 take I-26 WEST toward Asheville, North Carolina. Continue on I-26 WEST to Exit 67 (Columbus, NC). Take Hwy 108 towards Tryon (approx. 4 mi). After coming into downtown Tryon, take a left turn on New Market St. (turn just before crossing the railroad tracks). Continue, bearing left to top of hill (2/10 mi). Take a left turn on Pine Crest Lane. |

Attractions: Many diversions are located at the Inn and even more are just moments away. Some of our favorites are shopping for arts, crafts, antiques, and other hand-made items, hiking on local trails and to scenic waterfalls, attending musicals and plays at the local theaters and playhouses, or sipping wine at a local winery. We are also blessed with access to some of North Carolina's most popular tourist attractions, such as the expansive Biltmore Estate, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Cowpens Battlefield park, or the historic homes of famous writers, poets,and playwrights such as Carl Sandburg, Thomas Wolfe, or Sidney Lanier. We are also within 30-60 minutes of dozens of state forests, historic waterfalls, and national historic registry sites. |

Activities: The Pine Crest Inn creates an atmosphere that is charming, gracious and relaxing. There are no distractions when it is time for romance or business, but plenty of ways for guests to enjoy their leisure time. We have numerous board and card games, croquet, bocce ball, and badminton. We also have a complimentary video library with over 450 movies that can be checked out. |
