Tigh Bhan is located in the village of Duror, in a quiet lane leading to Cuil Bay with its panoramic views and stunning sunsets. Cuil Bay, on the shores of Loch Linnhe, is just a five minute stroll from Tigh Bhan and is home to seals, otters and a wide variety of sea birds. Here you can frequently see herons, oyster catchers, terns, great northern divers and cormorants, and sometimes even eagles and buzzards, not to mention the highland cattle which graze around the shoreline.

Conveniently situated between Fort William, Glencoe and Oban, Tigh Bhan makes an ideal base to explore the area and sample the activities it has to offer such as cycling, skiing, hill walking, sailing, golfing, horse riding, to name but a few. For those people who enjoy photography, this is a perfect place to visit as there is an abundance of scenery and wild life.

Other places to visit include Castle Stalker, Port Appin and the Isle of Lismore, or perhaps spend a day further afield and visit the Isle of Mull.

We hope that you will come and relax in the peace and quiet of this stunning location and soak up the warm and friendly atmosphere of Tigh Bhan with all the comforts that it has to offer.

The accommodation includes a spacious ground floor bedroom which can be used as a double, twin or triple room, which ever best suits your requirements.It has a large en-suite with a bath as well as a shower.

The double and twin rooms are tastefully furnished
with your comfort in mind. They both have shower en-suites and both rooms have views to the hills and forests.

Each room has its own tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryers, wireless internet connection as well as TV/DVD player with a varied selection of DVDS for your use.

A full breakfast is served in the garden room, where you can take time to relax and enjoy the view of Loch Linnhe and also the wild life in the garden, including pine martin, deer and various species of wild birds.

If you want to have the pleasure of this setting in the evening and watch the sun go down over the Loch, we will be pleased to provide an evening meal for you by arrangement.

Tigh Bhan has private parking and storage facilities for cycles.
