"Situated on a hill overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the perfect vantage point for whale and iceberg watching.The Valhalla Lodge is an established B&B that offers travelers welcoming accommodations and the Viking experience. Our sitting room, which is displayed with fine paintings and antiques, offers you a great library of Newfoundland and Viking books and videos for your entertainment. There is also a fireplace that you can sit and read by on a raining day.One of the video's that is in the library is the Arts and Entertainment ""The Vikings in North America"" which was actually filmed from the Lodge. Bella and Jean have a wealth of local knowledge and are willing to answer any questions you may have, also they are both able to “spin a good yarn”.
