Located on a 200 acre country estate in beautiful Sunrise Valley, 1 3/4 miles off the Cabot Trail at Cape North in Cape Breton. Built in 1930, by the owner's father, from local wood cut and milled on wooded area of the farm. The home is uniquely finished, with walls, ceilings, floors and doors in oak, with inserts of birds- eye maple. Quiet, comfortable bedrooms, with en suite baths, some with jacuzzi & queen beds and air-conditioning.TV telephones wireless in rooms coumputer in common room for guests use only Suite - 2 single beds (can join to make 'King') & sofa bed, fireplace, air-conditioning, en suite bath with Jacuzzi tub, private patio with barbecue. Tea and Coffee available 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m. Full Breakfast with homemade jams. Hiking trails, beaches, museums, whale watching, bicycle rentals, restaurants, gift shops; all within a few miles.
