Somerset Bed and Breakfast accommodations are situated on the shores of Lake Ontario and the Niagara River in beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake. The Somerset Bed and Breakfast is only a 5 minute walk from some of the best dining and theatre in the Niagara Region and North America.

Our accommodation offers breathtaking views as you gaze at New York's Fort Niagara, while strolling through the lush gardens offers you a sense of tranquility. On a warm summer day, you can sit and relax while watching the activities on the Niagara River.

Your hosts will cater to your every need, within the rules of the Bed and Breakfast Law, making your stay both enjoyable and memorable. We strive for customer satisfaction, so if you have special needs please do not hesitate to ask. Our season extends from April 1 till December 31.

Driving Directions: Directions from Toronto/Hamilton and Detroit: Take the QEW (Queen Elizabeth Way) towards Niagara. Take the exit marked "Niagara-on-the-Lake" which is right after the Garden City Skyway in St. Catharines. Follow the signs to Regional Road 55. Stay on this road for approximately 13Km. At the "T" intersection make a right followed by the first left. Follow this street to the end and make the 90 degree right turn. You are now on Front Street. After going past the Niagara-on-the-Lake Golf Course, Club House, Somerset Bed & Breakfast is the third house on the Left.

Directions From Buffalo - Coming along the QEW: Follow the QEW towards Hamilton. Get off at the exit "Niagara-on-the-Lake" and follow the same directions as above.

Crossing into Canada at the Queenston-Lewiston Bridge: Take the I-190 to the Queenston-Lewiston Bridge and get into the left lane once you have passed Canada Customs. Be ready to pay the toll. Right after passing the toll booth, make a hard right and get onto the Niagara Parkway. Follow the scenic route for about 12Km. You would have by now have passed the EAST-WEST LINE road on your left. At the next set of cross streets you want to take a right onto Niagara River Blvd. Follow the Niagara River Blvd. to the right, you should be travelling along the Niagara River with Fort George passing on your left. The road first becomes Ricardo Street then it changes to Front Street. Once it changes to Front Street, the Somerset Bed & Breakfast will be the first home on the right.
