"The Stable is wonderfully unique! At one time it was a carriage house, originally built in 1887. Over the course of the 1900s, the Stable was converted from its equine past to a beautiful private home.
The original standing stalls built for the horses still exist in the house. "

Driving
Directions: In Canada
Take Highway 55 (exit 38B) off the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) Niagara.
Stay on Highway 55 the entire way and it becomes Mississagua Street.
The Stable is on the left side at the corner of Mississagua and Johnson Street, one block from Queen Street.
From the USA
Take Interstate 190 north to the Lewiston-Queenston bridge.
Once you cross the border, take an immediate right after the last toll.
Turn left onto the Niagara Parkway and enjoy a scenic drive along the Niagara River.
Stay on the Niagara Parkway, it turns into Queen Street once you arrive in Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Proceed along Queen Street until you see the golf course.
Turn left onto Mississagua Street and you will find The Stable on the right, one block from Queen Street. |
