B&B's Bed and Breakfast  

"Our bed and breakfast is truly unique. Our home is Victorian, built in 1905, constructed entirely of oak. When we opened our business in 1998, we added an addition, which we built and decorated. The addition has 4 bedrooms, all tastefully decorated in different color themes and filled with antique furniture. Three of our rooms on the upper level have private ensuite bathrooms with deep tubs, ideal for soaking away sore muscles or simply relaxing. Our fourth bedroom on the lower level also has a private ensuite bathroom with a single person Jacuzzi tub. When you arrive you will be warmly greeted by a member of our family and likely Boomer, our resident golden retriever who loves all our guests. You will be given a key which locks your room and the exit door to the private entrance so you do not have to worry about coming in late or early, it really is just like being at home. Our bed and breakfast is spacious, we have a finished recreation area, which has couches, and you are welcome to watch television with satellite programming or play pool or foosball. You can be as private or non-private as you wish. We have an in ground pool which you are able to use (at your own risk, there are no lifeguards). The water is clean; it is tested weekly and very safe and pleasant. We have several tables and lounges in the back yard where you can relax in privacy; our yard is fully fenced. Breakfast is served in the common kitchen area overlooking the garden at flexible times; we generally serve between 8 and 9 a.m. however that can vary depending on your needs. A typical breakfast may be Canadian bacon and eggs, fruit, home made bread and fresh strawberry jam, juice, coffee and / or gourmet teas or one of our guest’s favorites, home made multi grain pancakes garnished with a caramelized apple topping and lean sausages from our local delicatessen. We can also prepare a lighter breakfast. We can always accommodate special diets, just let us know. Our breakfasts are always prepared fresh; they do not sit in warming trays and are not of a typical continental style. "

Cancellation Policy: 14 days minimum No Cancellation for May 1 to 31 inclusive

We have pets. Children are welcome.

Driving Directions: When you cross the Ambassador Bridge you will be on Huron Church Road, follow that road (about 10 minutes) till you see the exit to Leamington (right hand ramp to Highway 3). Take Highway 3 till you see the next exit sign to Leamington (about a half hour) but ignore the exit and continue through the traffic lights, you will bypass Leamington. At the end of the bypass you will come to a stop sign, turn left & continue to Wheatley, about 10 minutes further. In Wheatley we have 1 set of lights, turn right, you will be on Erie St. S., continue about 5 blocks to 216 Erie St. S., you will see our sign on the front lawn. We are on a corner lot, turn right on Coulson and right beside our driveway you will see the visitors parking lot which has room for 4 cars. Right in front of the parking area is the entrance to the b & b. From Toronto, take Highway 401 west past Kitchener, London and Chatham. You will be taking the first exit past Chatham, it will be the Tilbury exit. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right and follow Highway 2 into Tilbury (about 5 minutes), turn left at the first traffic lights, you will now be going south on County Rd. 1. Follow County Rd. 1 to Wheatley (about 15 minutes). In Wheatley County Rd. 1 changes it's name to Erie St. Continue south through our one and only set of traffic lights, about 5 blocks to 216 Erie St. S., you will see our sign on the front lawn. We are on a corner lot, turn right on Coulson and right beside our driveway you will see the visitors parking lot which has room for 4 cars. Right in front of the parking area is the entrance to the b & b.
