RIP OFF!!! STAY AWAY!!
Date of Stay: 2005-01-01

This is the worst place I have ever stayed at in my life! I am not usually the type of person to complain, but this place has to be exposed for what it is. The property is completely misrepresented from their website. What they call a “romantic bed and breakfast” is actually a run down tacky motel.

The place is right off the freeway so you get all the noise from there.
We arrived at the location before 8pm and the parking lot was pitch black. Absolutely no lighting in the parking lot. The check-in desk was closed and no staff anywhere to be found. Our room key was just left under the mat of our room. Terrible security risk. The room was the smallest room I have ever seen in a hotel/motel. Absolutely no privacy. The room window is just feet from parking lot. The worst part was the room smelled terrible! The smell was so bad it made me sick. However, there was no staff anywhere! There was no way we could stay there so we left the key under the mat where we found it and went home.

I called the next day to politely explain the problem with the smell and I asked for a refund. Instead of appologizing, the owner just yelled at me over the phone and said, “I don’t care about whatever smell. Don’t ever call here again.” Then he hung up on me. Unbelievable.

This place needs to be shut down. Rudest service I have ever had. The rooms are terrible. How they can justify charging $175 and up a night for a run down smelly motel room is beyond me. They also require you to cancel your reservation 14 days in advance or they charge you.

Stay away from this place!!
