The Jabberwock Bed and Breakfast is conveniently located on the Pacific Coast in Monterey, California. As our guest, you will enjoy the special warmth of our Wonderland.

Every thought is given to make you comfortable in any of our seven especially acommodating rooms. You will be transported "Through the Looking Glass" into the luxury of goose down pillows and comforters, huge Victorian beds with lace-trimmed sheets, and fresh flowers from our gardens. Walk to Cannery Row, the Monterey Bay, Fisherman's Wharf, the Aquarium, and fine restaurants and shopping. It is but a short drive to Pebble Beach & Big Sur from our Monterey, California bed and breakfast location!

The Jabberwock Bed and Breakfast is only four short blocks above Cannery Row (made famous by author, John Steinbeck); the Monterey Bay Aquarium, and an extraordinary walking, jogging and biking path meandering along Monterey Bay. Other attractions that make the Monterey Peninsula popular the world over include nearby Carmel and the beautiful 17-Mile Drive in Pebble Beach, a 15 minute drive away. You can walk to Fisherman's Wharf and the historic adobes in Monterey. World class golf and fabulous Big Sur and Laguna Seca are also just a short drive away. Breakfast: A sit down affair with fruit or croissant starter, our own Jabber Juice and Thanksgiving Coffee, and a main course.

Driving Directions: Takie Highway 1 to Del Monte Ave: Monterey/Pacific Grove. Follow Del Monte past Fisherman's Wharf, through the tunnel and bear right on to Foam Street. Continue on this one way street another 5 block to Hoffman. Turn right on Hoffman up the hill 3 blocks to Laine. Turn left on Laine and park because you are here. We are on the corner of Laine & Hoffman.

Local Area Attractions: Monterey Bay Aquarium, Point Lobos & Big Sur, Cannery Row & Fishermen,s Wharf, Historic Old Adobes, Whale Watching, Monarch Butterfly Habitat, Carmel Shopping & Pacific Grove site seeing, Kayak and Sail Boating, Recreation Trail, 17 Mile & Pebble Beach Tour, Bike & Horseback riding.

Onsite Activities: Extensive library, board and card games, nooks and crannies in our gardens, sherry hour, homemade chocolate cookies at bed time.

Seasonal Info: Dress in layers expecting ocean breezes, moderate high 60's and low 70's temperatures most every day from April through October, High 40 to 50's temperatures November through March.
