Driving Directions: In Fresno take Highway 41 North to the Friant Rd. exit. Turn right. Take Friant Rd. approximately 18 miles to a stop sign, which is Auberry Rd . Turn left (following Shaver Lake sign). Take Auberry Rd. approximately 10 miles to the next stop sign in Prather. (There are stores and a gas station at this intersection). Turn left onto Tollhouse Rd. (following Shaver Lake sign). Turn left at next stop sign, Hwy. 168, (again following Shaver Lake sign). Stay on Hwy. 168 up the mountain until you get to the village of Shaver Lake. The Elliott House is on the left (west) side of the street, in the center of town. Our sign and lamppost mark the inn. From Fresno it will take 50-60 minutes to reach Shaver Lake.

Local Area Attractions: The four seasons provide downhill and cross country skiing, excellent fishing, hiking and a variety of boating activities on a series of pristine alpine lakes.
