The Camellia House B&B is a gracious old "Raised Louisiana Cottage" located in the heart of Covington's downtown historic district. Step off our porch and walk the town, browse our wonderful shops, dine at our fine restaurants, enjoy our many street fairs and festivals, walk or ride the Tammany Trace, and then - come home. Come home to swing on the porch, float in the pool, sit fireside in the garden, relax in the outdoor hot tub, and then nestle into a luxurious bed. Each suite is fully private and self contained and has its own private entrance from one of our lovely porches. Each suite has its own sitting area on porch, private bath, wireless internet, cable tv, vcr/dvd, microwave, coffee service and fully stocked refrigerator. Continental "Plus" breakfast is set up in the privacy of your suite the evening before so that you may have breakfast at your leisure. Each suite boasts of 11ft ceilings and heart pine floors. Our suites are furnished with antiques and architectural accent pieces. Our suites are extremely comfortable, have a wonderful eclectic flavor yet are thoroughly modern and are not fussy or overdone. Breakfast: A continental breakfast is served "Continental Plus" - fresh pastries, fresh fruit, quiche, coffee, tea, juice, milk , hot and cold cereals set up in the privacy of your suite the evening before - rise and dine in your suite at your leasure or dine on the porch or poolside.
