The Captain Freeman Inn invites you to return to an earlier era and experience the romance and history of the sea anytime of the year. Sleep in an elegant canopy bed in the original Captains home transformed to an elegant bed and breakfast surrounded by antiques, history and fresh cut flowers.

This unique Bed and Breakfast lets you relax in your own private bath. Enjoy the air-conditioned comfort of a luxury room with TV, VCR, and room telephone. Soak up the warmth from a private whirlpool spa. Stretch out in front of your own fireplace. Smell the early morning coffee and come down for a cup. Enjoy our sumptuous full breakfast, served poolside on the porch in warm weather, or fireside in our cozy dining room for those colder days. Our B & B's every day breakfast includes fresh orange juice, seasonal fruit, and the special menu choice for the day.

Swim in our crystal blue pool surrounded by the scent of flower and herb gardens. At our bed and breakfast you can play croquet or badminton on the sweeping 1 � acre lawn, or rock the time away in the shade of the elegant wrap-around porch sipping homemade iced tea or lemonade.

Meet and relax with other guests in the gracious Victorian parlor for tea or hot chocolate on sparkling crisp days in fall and early spring. A short stroll down the old packet-landing road leads you to Breakwater Beach on beautiful Cape Cod Bay. Borrow a bicycle and explore the many miles of bike paths.

From our Inn's central location you can easily participate in the many activities available nearby: tennis, theater, antiquing, whale watching, golf, boating, fishing, swimming, horseback riding, hiking, art galleries, and bird watching to name a few. In addition, several nearby attractions include: The Cape Cod Museum of Natural History, Nickerson State Park, the National Seashore, Fire & History Museum, Museum of Fine Arts, The Cape Playhouse and Repertory Theater.

Driving Directions: South down route 6 to exit 10, (left) on Route 124 to end, at Brewster General Store (route 6A) take a right, go 50 yards, and take a left on Breakwater Road. The Captain Freeman Inn is on the left next to the park.

Local Area Attractions: Breakwater beach is a 5 minute walk from the Inn. Several resuraunts are within walking distance or a short drive away. There are many antique shops, dining and theater.
