Lanes Cove House is an 1800s Victorian, quaint, cozy and comfortable. After breakfast walk down to explore Lanes Cove, or to some of the granite quarries, or walk ten minutes to Plum Cove, our small village beach. However you spend the rest of the day, try to return in time to watch the beautiful sunsets from the deck. We welcome business travelers to this quiet, safe house and village, and try to meet your unique needs for early or to-go breakfasts. Driving
Directions: BY CAR: From the Mass. Turnpike (Rte.90), take exit 14, Rte. 95/128 North. Proceed on Rte. 95/128 for about 25 miles. As you approach exit 45, where routes 95 and 128 split, stay in the left three lanes. Take Rte. 128 North toward Gloucester. * Stay on Route 128 for about 20 miles (ignoring other "Gloucester" signs) until you get to the first rotary, Grant Circle. Go 3/4 of the way around the rotary, taking the third exit. The sign reads, "Rte. 127-Annisquam-Pigeon Cove". You'll be on Rte. 127/Washington Street. Stay on Rte. 127/Washington Street for 4 1/2 miles. You'll enter the small village center of Lanesville. After you pass the last shop on the left, go a few yards more, and then bear left with 127 onto Andrews Street. Lanes Cove House is the 2nd building on the left, number 6. It’s a blue Victorian with pink and red trim, and there's a sign hanging on a light post.
FROM LOGAN AIRPORT BY CAR:
From Logan Airport, take Route 1A north, to Route 60 west, to Route 1 north. On Route 1, move into the middle lane, which will go through an underpass. Immediately after the underpass, merge to the right to take the exit for route 128 north. Once you're on Route 128, follow the directions above.

1. You are at Manchester Airport, Manchester, NH.
2. Go W on Airport Rd for 0.93 miles - 0.9 miles
3. Turn right onto RT-3A (Brown Ave.) - 1.4 miles
4. Turn right on ramp to I-293 S (RT-101 E) - 0.2 miles
5. Continue on I-293 S (RT-101 E) - 1.7 miles
6. Bear right on ramp to I-93 S - 0.8 miles
7. Continue on I-93 S - 36.2 miles
8. Bear right onto off-ramp at exit 37A to I-95 N (RT-128 N) - 0.1 miles
9. Take I-95 N (RT-128 N) Ramp - 0.2 miles
10. Continue on I-95 N (RT-128 N) - 8.3 miles
11. Continue onto RT-128 N at exit 45 (Follow the first set of directions for approaching exit 45.)
